Everyone loves pancakes am I right? Well, this morning I made some for my children and myself. These banana pancakes were a total hit, and definitely not your store box variety!
- Two over ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 4 large eggs
- 2 dashes of baking powder
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of Himalayan pink salt (regular sea salt would suffice, but I love this stuff)
- 2 TBS ground flax-seed
Grab your mixer bowl and combine all Ingredients.
Mix together In your Kitchen-Aid until the batter is completely mixed with just a few lumps.
In the meantime, place a half teaspoon of oil in your frying pan, I used coconut oil. Heat on medium heat. Transfer your bowl near your stove top. The batter should appear as mine does below.
